So did I.. I even had all of the cars shown on the case cover too. And I'd build courses from the top of the door across the entire apartment.

Yup, same here. Then I graduated to AFX slot cars...

I went the Tyco route.. (and their flex track sucked)

My favorite track sections. Make sure you use two, otherwise you have a moebius strip and one controller runs both lanes...

This was my favorite car. I would heat the tires up a little and I could actually get it screaming almost full throttle through the entire course.

I can't believe I actually found a pic of my favorite car. It wouldn't stay on the track worth a damn, I had others that did a better job. Maybe it was nostalgia or something else, it was one of the two cars that came in the original kit...

These were the worst as far as handling and staying on the track. I had the two in the top right (blue/red & yellow/black).

Yeah, jeeps are notorious for not keeping all four wheels flat on the ground...

This is the proper way to leave the ground.

How not to fly... well, how not to make a smooth landing. (actually, I saw the video of this... the picture looks 100x's worse than the outcome)
