At first, I thought wow, how awesome!! You found a place. But I don't think they would sell that ski resort. Now, on the other hand, mom and dad are looking to sell the VT property some time soon. It's in southern VT and if I remember, has a hill. I think it's just 15 acres however and is completely undeveloped.
