Nope... couldn't find the right chips. But now I've got one of these and have built an 8 channel oscilloscope. It doesn't compete with a $1,500 scope, but in a pinch it does a fantastic job.

How many other projects could have been fun if we had one of those back then...

I just picked up a Nano Arduino and a pair of wireless "cards". But speaking of trains, they're doing awesome things now...
