Thanks to my residence in the south, I've learned that "Yonder" has a quantifier, it's a distance longer
than "yeah far." Which itself is a distance longer than a "tad"...

Yeah, well don't forget that in New England we measure distance with time. How far away is this place? Oh about 30 minutes...

LOL!!! One of my colleagues hates that I measure distance in time. He wants the measured length instead so he can figure out the time himself...
