I've been lucky with having good managers as well. You know when you have one is when you hear about all the "problems" from other teams - because your manager is out there blocking all that nonsense from reaching the devs...
Oh yeah, definitely. And they're the one that's running interference between you, the butthead customer, and upper management as well. At least the back seat drinking and sex was in the back seat at Tolland and not the conference room...

I'd imagine the sex could get hot and steamy especially after two certain somebodies climbed up onto the roof and turned off every single air conditioner...
Verse 1:
In the city streets, where the lights are bright
Lurks a crew of hoodlums, with a sweet delight
Donuts in their hands, and a plan in their minds
They're the kings of the night, with a sugary grind
Chorus:
Donut dreams and streets of crime
We're chasing the rush, all the time
Glazed and iced, we're feeling alive
With our donuts by our side, we'll thrive
Verse 2:
From crack of dawn to midnight strike
We're on the prowl, with a donut fix in sight
Frosted, sprinkles, or chocolate too
We'll take 'em all, our sweet tooth crew
Chorus:
Donut dreams and streets of crime
We're chasing the rush, all the time
Glazed and iced, we're feeling alive
With our donuts by our side, we'll thrive
Bridge:
Some say we're troublemakers, some say we're insane
But with donuts in our veins, we're not insane
We're just living life on our own terms
With sugar highs and adrenaline burns
Chorus:
Donut dreams and streets of crime
We're chasing the rush, all the time
Glazed and iced, we're feeling alive
With our donuts by our side, we'll thrive
Outro:
So if you see us cruisin' by
With a box of donuts, don't ask us why
We're just living life in the fast lane
With our donut crew, we're never lame!
Ahhh, Red Barchetta. Such an awesome song that was based on a Road & Track story from 1973... I'm a little surprised that Neil didn't have a red Barchetta in his collection.

It's funny as you get older the thought of having an exotic sport cars collection isn't as appealing as it was when I was a teenager. Although, I've always wanted a Countach, but all the videos of people that have gotten one because it was their dream car were all disappointed and their dreams shattered because it was just an unruly and uncomfortable beast. Many years ago I told the wife that if I was to ever get a Countach, I would never drive it and instead mount it on the wall...
