Oh, *that* apple I do like.  The Cap'n just forwarded the entire Paul McCartney and Wings catalog on flac.  I forgot how good some of those albums were...

And on a side note, one of my uncles started eating two apples a day a few years ago.  At his next dental appointment, the dentist asked why he was in there, his teeth were recently cleaned and didn't need it again so soon.  After talking to the dentist and trying to narrow it down, they decided that his apple habit is what's keeping his teeth clean.

So it turns out, the apple a day doesn't keep the doc away, it keeps the dentist at bay...
